1. Reservations

We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure vehicle availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requirements vary depending on the vehicle type:
- Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Sprinters & Minibuses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to pickup.
- Large Buses or Group Reservations: Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.
If a cancellation is made within the required cancellation window, a 50% charge of the total reservation amount may apply.
3. Mechanical Issues or Service Delays
BWI 5 Star Shuttles is not responsible for items left inside vehicles. We are also not liable for delays or interruptions caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Road closures or unsafe travel conditions
- Mechanical failures beyond our control
In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation or reschedule services at a mutually agreed time.
4. Reservation Changes
Reservation modifications are allowed without additional fees. However, all modifications remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- Apple Pay & Google Pay (available for online bookings)
Corporate billing accounts may be approved case-by-case.
6. Additional Service Charges
The following charges may apply when applicable:
- Gratuity: 15%
- Fuel Surcharge: 5%
- Airport Fee: $5.00
- Child Safety Seat: $25.00
- Pet in Cage: $25.00
- Holiday Service Fee: $20.00
- Late Night/Early Morning Pickup (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM): $35.00
7. Pickup Waiting Time
Grace periods for pickups are as follows:
- Non-Airport Locations: 15 minutes
- Domestic Flights: 30 minutes
- International Flights: 60 minutes
After the grace period, additional waiting time may be billed at $30 per hour.
8. Deposits and Authorizations
- Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter Vans: Full payment authorization is required at the time of booking.
- Large vehicles or group reservations: A minimum 50% deposit may be required depending on the booking.
Additional deposit requirements may be determined by management.
9. Customer Support & Complaint Resolution
If you experience any issues with our service, please email: bwi5starshuttles@gmail.com.
A member of our management team will respond within 24 hours on business days. Requests received during weekends will be addressed on the next business day.
10. Cleaning Fees
If extraordinary cleaning is required due to spills, damage, or excessive mess, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
11. Passenger Conduct Policy
To ensure safety and comfort for all passengers:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle.
- Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle's legal capacity.
- Excess luggage may result in additional charges.
- If a passenger feels sick or needs to vomit, they must inform the driver immediately to pull over. If a passenger vomits inside the vehicle without informing the driver, a $200 penalty fee will be charged.
Drivers reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if passengers engage in inappropriate or unsafe behavior. BWI 5 Star Shuttles is not responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from passenger misconduct.
If the requested vehicle becomes unavailable, a comparable vehicle of equal quality will be provided. Rates may change without notice due to:
- Fuel price increases
- Travel outside the normal service area
- Weather or road conditions
- Increased passenger count or luggage requirements
12. Reservation Notice
Advance booking requirements depend on availability and demand. Typical notice guidelines:
- Sedans/SUVs: Minimum 2 hours notice
- Larger vehicles: Minimum 24 hours notice
13. Operating Hours
BWI 5 Star Shuttles operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
Payment Security & Privacy
Your privacy and financial security are important to us. BWI 5 Star Shuttles does not store credit card information. All payments are securely processed through Square.
